Steven Seagal & UFC Champ Anderson Silva Training
ByHere’s a video of Steven Seagal showing some techniques to UFC Champ Anderson Silva. Some of the stuff looked pretty painful and it’s obvious Seagal is great at what he does. Question is…will we see some of it applied in the octagon?
It would be cool to see if someone could pull of those moves…

Steven Seagal may just be the best unintentional comic of my time.
Not sayning that his moves wouldn’t work. But it’s funny to watch.
I can’t believe Anderson is entertaining this kind of crap on video! I don’t want to sound closed minded, but if you”re looking to pull off these JKD and Aikido carotid strikes and muscle disruptions, you better be prepared to take some serious damage in the mean time! My opinion, not going to work in the cage.
Some of his moves are more for the street (self defence) not for the cage.
