I just read the news that Kimbo will be a fighter on the 10th season of the reality show “The Ultimate Fighter”. I find this news very interesting.

I haven’t watched the show for several years, mostly because I find it hard to watch fighters that are not very skilled (not all of them but many) get on the show and often dominate much of the airtime because of their craziness and unpredictable behaviour. I’d rather spend my time renting the pay per views and watching the fight nights on spike where the fighters are usually more established.

With Kimbo set to take part in the 10th season of the show, I may check it out again. I’m guessing he’s going to be part of some interesting situations during his stay at the TUF house.

I’ve had my share of injuries over the years and was wondering about yours. What’s the worst injury you’ve sustained while playing a sport?

My worst injury would have to be my last concussion. The strange thing about concussions is that each one you get seems to be a little worse than the previous one. I remember getting my first concussion, during a hockey game when I was around 13 years old. I felt messed up for a bit that night but the next day I felt fine. Concussions seemed like a minor injury then. Not true.
