Boxing at the Arnie

I just got in from watching some amateur boxing at the Mohawk College Arnie. It was great to see so many local athletes competing against each other with sportmanship, skill and intensity.

It’s nice that through the Ontario Boxing Association, coaches can host events locally to give their fighters a chance to develop their skill through competition experience. The fact most fighter’s friends, families and teammates can all travel a short distance to show their support is awesome too.

Thanks to Brodie Boone for putting on a great event! It was a fun day.
